Constituent Services

If you are resident of House District 20 who is experiencing issues with a state agency, Vicki may be able to help you.  Her legislative staff specializes in constituent services and is available to help you sort out problems and concerns.  If you need constituent services please contact the capitol office at 503-986-1420.

While it isn't possible to set aside state laws, rules, and regulations for an individual, Vicki and her staff can help Oregonians with misunderstandings, disagreements, and other problems  with state agencies.  In order to help us process your requests in a timely matter, your full name, address, daytime phone number, and pertinent case or file numbers are important. Copies of previous correspondence with an agency can also provide helpful background while researching and responding to your concerns.
