Common sense solutions for Oregon.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Welcome to my website.  As a Republican member of the Oregon House of Representatives it has been an honor to serve the citizens of District 20.  I hope to continue as your representative for a fourth term.

I care a lot about children.  My husband and I raised three children in this district, and now we have three wonderful grandsons who will soon be starting school in our state.  It should be no surprise to anyone that my first role in elected public service was as a member of the board of Salem-Keizer Public Schools.  What began there 20 years ago continues today as I campaign to renew my service as your representative in the Oregon House of Representatives.

Along with my service to the community, I have started and run a successful small business in District 20.  I am sensitive to the fact that 95 percent of Oregon businesses are small, and they provide the backbone of jobs and economic stability.

Our neighbors value highly the livability they enjoy in Oregon, and I am committed to balancing the ecological concerns of Oregonians with the need for a strong, diverse economy.

I am proud of the progress that has been made during the last three legislative sessions, and I am committed to creating reasonable solutions to the problems facing our great state by focusing on two goals:

• Help guide our state to a more stable, prosperous future; and
• Serve the citizens of my district with honesty and integrity in a spirit of
  collaboration.

Oregon needs experienced, committed and hard-working leadership in the legislature to find common-sense solutions to the problems facing our state.  With your help, I will continue to serve the citizens of my district and the state of Oregon.
